How to claim your prizes:
Contact us via Email - info@grand-wedding.com and provide the information of the vendor(s) you purchased from and approximate dollar amount spent.
Once we verify your purchases, we will submit your information to the redemption center to expedite the delivery of your prizes.
NOTE - Only the person that registered to attend the show is entitled to claim the prize(s). The information must include the name and E-mail address that was used to register and must match our data.
The JVL Jewelry and SymbolizeIt gift cards will be mailed to you from our office.
The Vacation is handled by a 3rd party group that will contact you via E-mail and will handle the whole process of claiming and setting up your reservation.
The expiration date on this incentive pertains only to the redemption or activation of this incentive and not actual travel. You must activate this incentive within 7 days of receiving it. Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation.
There are no timeshare presentations required to use this vacation incentive or any other hoops you will need to jump to redeem.
Contact us if you don't receive an E-mail reply from the Travel Redemption Center within a period of 48 hours from the time you submit the information to us.
